As I’m gearing up for CROCK-tober, I thought it might help me if get back into the habit of posting a weekly menu. Now, you’ll pretty much know what I’m eating anyway, if you follow along with my #31days of CROCK-tober but I’m likely to be out of synch since I need to prepare the items ahead of time in order to have posts ready. In addition to all the slow cooker appropriate recipes, we are also trying to eat healthier — cleaner, less sugar, lower-glycemic and to get more serious with the Trim Healthy Mama plan.
If YOU’VE made a change to your eating habits, too, I’d love to hear about your experiences! My hope is that we can support and encourage each other in our homemaking and health goals as we head down the speeding road to Thanksgiving and Christmas!!
