More fun for the beginning of the year.
First up, a healthy eating challenge with Trim Healthy Mama Eating Plan/Lifestyle (trying to not say diet). The Facebook Group New You challenge just kicked off and I’m a little late to the party but will be joining in on Monday. The Striving Mama made some beautiful printables to help us with this challenge.
The other thing that can really be a key to success in healthy eating is menu planning. I love following along with Menu Plan Mondays at Orgjunkie.com. So much inspiration there! I need to get back to posting menu and recipes/links.
