Apron of the Day – Flirty Aprons

I did a fun thing on the Apronista Facebook page a while back – An Apron of the day post. I was wearing a really cute apron that day and just wanted to share! Today I am sharing here on the blog, but you can look for this as a weekly feature on the Apronista Facebook page – just tell us what apron you’re wearing – no pictures necessary, but a picture would be great!
So today I am wearing a new apron I got in the mail last week from Flirty Aprons (sigh – I love mail) – isn’t it adorable??
This one is called Cocoa Daisy – I love the green and brown, and especially the polka dots!

Still tinkering around – I changed the template to the FABULOUS Genesis template by Brian Gardner – and this is my modification of the Pixel Happy child template by my friend Darcy. Don’t worry if it all sounds like gobbledygook to you – I just wanted to give a shout out to both Brian and Darcy 
Ok, so the 2 new features I added this week are a way to add your apron shop or tutorial on the Apronista. If you go to the Buy an Apron or Make an Apron page, you will see a button that says “add your link” – just press that button and it will take you to a page where you can add your link, a bit of text, AND an image to your link. This will let you list your HOME BASED OR ETSY SHOP on the Apronista. This is going to be on the honor system, but I will be checking the links periodically, and removing those that don’t comply.
The same goes for the Make an Apron page. You may list any tutorial that covers Aprons, kitchen items, or other domestic items that are listed on your blog. You may list a pattern or tutorial for sale if it is listed on your blog or on Etsy.
I hope you enjoy these fun new features – there is more to come, and the official RELAUNCH of the Apronista will begin on Monday April 5th, with giveaways and more fun!!
